MAGpie Facilitates Free Captioning of Internet Video

MAGpie is a tool produced by WGBH in Boston that facilitates the captioning of videos in a variety of popular formats.

February 2000 - WGBH Television in Boston has released a multimedia authoring system that includes the capability to caption several of the most popular internet video formats. It's called MAGpie.

May 2002 - WGBH has announced the release of MAGpie version 2.0!

March 2003 - If you're interested in media captioning, you probably already know about MAGpie. Here's the announcement of MAGpie 2.01.
