GLAD job announcement ignores different identities of people with hearing loss

In this situation, a service organization called the Greater Los Angeles Council on Deafness (GLAD) in Los Angeles is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO). GLAD's mission is to serve the "Deaf and Hard of Hearing Community" (presumably including the 95% of the community who are not Culturally Deaf and do not use sign language. The qualifications, however, focus on accommodating the needs of the Culturally Deaf and fail to even mention the hard of hearing, late deafened, and oral deaf members or their needs.
