NTID job announcement displays awareness of different hearing loss identities

Too often, organizations that are involved with the Culturally Deaf tend to focus on that group, almost to the exclusion of the hard of hearing, late deafened, and oral deaf. It is refreshing and encouraging to see an organization explicitly include the "other" members of the hearing loss community. NTID recently distributed a Job Announcement that demonstrated an uncommon sense of inclusion.

This announcement certainly revealed an awareness of the distinct and separate communications needs of hard of hearing students, and for that we applaud NTID. We do have a couple of suggestions for improvement, as you can read in our Response.
