Topic: Greetings from sunny Costa Rica.

After reading a few threads,I wanted to introduce myself to this community and look forward to sharing ideas with other forum members.

I am always looking for advice for my agents. They have problems with their hearing after many long hours on the phone or the loud conditions that call centers have from time to time.

Even though we buy better equipment, people still have effects.
