MP3 player for the deaf

Hi.  I'm deaf about 100db but can hear a little with aid.  I would push the headphone against my ears (without aid) when I listen to music.  I want to know if any company or harris communcations would make a new MP3 player that has screen on it n have it tell you what song they are playing, show some words (chorus), and who is singing?? I think it would be awesome n helpful for the deaf like me!!
