The new Speak and Read VCO phone allows you to use relay VCO from any standard phone.

One of the more sophisticated solutions is a device called Speech-Adjust-A-Tone. It connects to your telephone and provides the capability to tailor the sound you hear to your particular hearing  loss.

Have you heard about the CapTel phone? It uses voice recognition technology to provide text of the other person's words at the speed of CART. It's just getting started, but I think it'll be a huge contribution to the quality of life of many people with hearing loss.
